Our online shopping transaction capturing is protected by the SSL Security for your peace of mind and our
commitment to protect your financial information.
After you place your order, You will receive an email from us confirming your order ! You will also receive
a confirmation on your shipping charges. As the cart can not do all we need it to as far as shipping, we want
your shipping charges to be as little as possible. This means if after we will pack and weigh you order and
then is when your card will actually be charged for yout items and shipping!
Please do allow us 48 hours to return your order totals, and your orders will be shipped as soon as funds
are cleared.
RETURNS
When you need to return anything you must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number. We give you
"Grammaz Dollars" no cash refunds if you just change your mind. Then if it is a reason that something is
wrong with the item we will replace that item for you. If you just change your mind and wish to return the
item a 10% re-stocking fee is charged and we do not refund shipping costs. No matter what the reason is you
must email us for a RAN must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number on the Outside of the box and the inside on your invoice
or a copy of your invoice or it will not be accepted. Also always get either insurance on the item
or a proof of delievery to protect yourself and us. If you do not and we do not recieve your item then
the costs are on you. We can not be liable for your neglagence in not doing so.

SHIPPING:
All In Stock orders are processed within 48 to72 hours and shipped via UPS Ground. Some items may need to be
Special Order and will ship as soon as they are received by us. We also offer U.P.S. 3-Day Select and U.P.S.
2nd Day Air. Additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated by the
total order.
ALL International orders will be shipped by U.S.P.S. Airmail Parcel Post.

LAYAWAY PLAN
We are happy to provide layaway options for you for purchases over $200.00U.S Dollar.
The first layaway payment is treated as a non-refundable deposit. These are our standard layaway terms:
25% down - 25% payment every month. To set up a layaway plan, please email us with your selection.
There is a 10% NON_REFUNDABLE layaway fee.
* First payment is due when you place the order, there after payments must be made on the same date each month,
you can make more then one payment a month, but the AMOUNT DUE must be paid by the due date each month.
* No cancellations are accepted once the order is placed.
* No refunds are given if you cancel "Made To Order" or a "Pre-Order", all money paid will be
forfeited on Babies made to order ...
Once the order is placed we then send it to the Artist of your choice and they have started your Baby, so we
can hardly ask them to send it back as they have spent time and money already.
(SORRY ABSOLUTLY, NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IN THIS CASE!)
HOWEVER**** "Pre-Orders" a credit will be placed in your file and we will send you
"GRAMMAZ DOLLARS"
to be used for in-store credit minus a small stocking fee. The Layaway fee is
NON-REFUNDABLE!
A Pre-Order is created when ordering a new release doll that is not ready to be shipped from the manufactor
and/or a doll that is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufactor.
